21 Day Mindfulness Challenge

Background

The 21-Day Mindfulness Challenge was created for those who want to increase their emotional intelligence, be more mindful and start to change their life with simple but effective changes that you can do daily. To make a positive change it typically takes 21 days to retrain your mind. This program will help you with your thoughts, retrain your mind to think in new ways, create new neural pathways, shift your perspective and help you view things through fresh eyes. We also have created a supportive and private Facebook community group where you can ask questions, share your journey and connect with our community.

The Challenge is simple and straightforward, yet powerful if you are open, willing and intentional about learning, growing and implementing change. Every morning you will receive an email with one simple, yet powerful mindful task to implement. For example, try to go a day without complaining, watch your words, become aware of your self-talk, start becoming aware of your limiting-beliefs and to start practicing gratitude. You will be provided with tools, tips and guidance on how to make small and simple changes each day. We will post in our private Facebook group early each morning to reinforce the message that was in the email and to also create conversations for our community.

You will be coached through the process and we will provide you with many tools and resources, however please note this is not 1:1 coaching; it is our SAM Talks community of visionary leaders and you coming together to share 21 transformational days together.

Research has found that it takes approximately 21 days to form a new habit or break an old one. That’s 21 days of being consistent for new habits to start to become habitual.
